Turn up the heat on your luxury sauna experience.

Finnish Sauna

Sauna bathing is an ancient form of healing used to cleanse the body and mind. Regularly using a Finnish sauna can do wonders for both mental and physical well-being and is capable of providing several health benefits. Within this wooden retreat, water is poured over heated stones to create a hot and humid atmosphere typically heated between 70°C to 110°C with humidity kept to between 5% to 15%.

Bio Sauna

This popular unit combines the warmth of a Finnish sauna with the humidity of a steam bath in a particularly gentle and circulation-friendly manner. A bio-sauna typically has a temperature of 45 to 60 degrees Celsius (°C) and a humidity between 40 and 60 percent (%). This is a significantly lower and more comfortable temperature than a traditional Finnish sauna which often gives the bio-sauna a wider appeal.

Herbal Sauna

This healing thermal experience uses soothing dry heat, toasted herb infusions and ambient colour displays to clear your airways, boost immunity and help you relax and unwind. The structure of the booth is typically the same as the Finnish sauna and can be an upgrade to an existing sauna. With a herbal sauna from Your Leisure, you can while away the hours nestled in the infused herbal aroma of your very own sauna.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared saunas are at the cutting edge of technology and have recently experienced a surge in popularity. Infrared sauna therapy offers a wide range of health benefits including treatment for sports injuries, joint and muscle complaints and detoxification. Infrared saunas reach a maximum temperature of around 65°C. Infrared heaters emit infrared light which is experienced as radiant heat, this is absorbed by the skin and the infrared rays heat the body directly not just the air inside the sauna.

The first important stage of the process is the consultation meeting. This is the time to discuss the most suitable wellness solution for you, and to consider the outcomes you would like to achieve. With many options available, our experienced consultant will support and guide you through the array of choices. When we have an idea of the type of experience you would prefer and the health benefits you want to achieve, we will move on to selecting options such as style, finish and any additional features that you would like.

After the initial consultation, we will begin to draw up design options based upon our discussions; together we will review the designs taking into consideration materials, bespoke features and cost. 

Our design consultant will measure the suggested area and will take into account the proposed space and measurements when drawing up plans. Each unit we create is bespoke and made-to-measure ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.  

We source the best materials from the most reliable sources. 

We will always try to accommodate your choices and preferences wherever possible, if there is a specific idea, feature or material that you would like to incorporate into the plans, then please discuss this with our design consultant. Once the design is approved and decisions have been finalised regarding size, design and materials, then the preparation phase can commence.

At this step of the process, we will produce a plan and proposed timeline to outline key dates and stages moving forward. This is a fundamental component of the project and ensures that everyone is aware of the details including estimated manufacturing timescales, delivery dates, etc.

This essential maintenance service is available for both commercial and domestic customers and covers swimming pools and spas as well as thermal experiences. Each service package is tailored to meet the needs of the individual client, whether you require one visit per month or one per year.
